Understanding Your Divorce Options – Second Saturday Divorce Workshop

Divorce doesn’t have to mean that you and your soon-to-be-ex each hire lawyers and fight it out in court.
Divorce CAN be easier, less contentious, less emotionally painful and less expensive. If you are researching your divorce options, a great place to start is the Second Saturday Las Vegas Divorce Workshop.
Second Saturday deals with the legal, financial, family, and emotional issues of divorce in a logical, yet compassionate way. Trained professionals guide participants to a greater understanding of the often confusing divorce process. Second Saturday was founded in 1988 by the non-profit Women’s Institute for Financial Education. In March of 2017, I brought it to Las Vegas.
Second Saturday deals with the legal, financial, family, and emotional issues of divorce in a logical, yet compassionate way.
The next workshop will be held on Saturday March 10th and will feature two members of the Collaborative Divorce Group of Southern Nevada:
Rebecca Miller is a Family Law Attorney and Mediator with Cooper Coons, Attorneys at Law. She will speak on the legal aspects of divorce.
Andrew Hatherley is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) with Wiser Divorce Solutions and will speak on financial issues in Divorce.
They will be joined by mediator Nancy Gabriel. Her firm is called Mediation Around the Table.
The workshop is held in a discreetly located room (the Boardroom) at the Sahara West Public Library. The Cost is $40 per participant.
